Project Developer

FULL-TIME ON SITE

Main Purpose
To provide HR administrative and project related support to the HR team.
Responsibilities
  • Handle day-to-day HR Operations matters
  • Ensure that the HR System is up to date
  • Manage the on-boarding process and SharePoint
  • Respond to HR-related queries
  • Support the development of HR initiatives, policies and procedures
  • Coordinate with the relocation vendors for visa and work permit applications
  • Provide administrative support to the department
  • Recruitment: Support the recruitment process by drafting job descriptions, posting vacancies, screening CVs, and coordinating interview schedules.
  • Prepare employment contracts, letters and any other employee related documents
  • Process all employee changes in the HR system

Skills and experience

  • Bachelor degree or masters in HR
  • Knowledge of Greek labour legislation
  • 3-5 years’ experience within HR (preferably in an international environment) 
  • Familiar with the full cycle of people management activities (employee relations, employment law, compensation & benefits, performance management, payroll)
  • Fluency in English is mandatory
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
