Main Purpose
To provide HR administrative and project related support to the HR team.
Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day HR Operations matters
- Ensure that the HR System is up to date
- Manage the on-boarding process and SharePoint
- Respond to HR-related queries
- Support the development of HR initiatives, policies and procedures
- Coordinate with the relocation vendors for visa and work permit applications
- Provide administrative support to the department
- Recruitment: Support the recruitment process by drafting job descriptions, posting vacancies, screening CVs, and coordinating interview schedules.
- Prepare employment contracts, letters and any other employee related documents
- Process all employee changes in the HR system

Skills and experience
- Bachelor degree or masters in HR
- Knowledge of Greek labour legislation
- 3-5 years’ experience within HR (preferably in an international environment)
- Familiar with the full cycle of people management activities (employee relations, employment law, compensation & benefits, performance management, payroll)
- Fluency in English is mandatory
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
